Our Soy Spaghetti is made with only two simple ingredients - USDA Organic certified soybean flour and water.
Cook it like you would any other dry pasta - bring a pot of water to boil, add the noodles and cook to taste (about 4-6 minutes - it will foam!), strain and rinse.

Tastes like normal instant noodles without the guilt. Does not have funny taste. Noodles texture is quite firm even after cooking for 6 min.
Serve with veggie, meat for a more wholesome and high protein meal. Definitely worth trying.

Perfect macros and tastes great! It tastes (to me) like a cross between mee pok and shredded dried beancurd skin, which I love. And with the macros, it’s excellent for times when I’m on a cut but craving noodles. Honestly, I’d still eat it day to day even when I’m not on a cut. Will buy again, thanks for creating this!
