Allmighty Jelly
Our products use konjac jelly, which comprises of water and a soluble plant fiber that has virtually no calories. We also replace sugar with erythritol, a natural sweetener found in fruits and vegetables with zero calories and no impact on blood sugar levels. Most of the 5 calories come from the fruit concentrate.
They can be stored at room temperature away from direct sunlight, but taste best when refrigerated for at least 3 hours. Our jellies are best consumed within 18 months from date of manufacture.
Our jellies are best served cold. Squeeze the pack to break the jelly into smaller chunks before opening. Voila!
Allmighty Essentials
Our products are made using a blend of konjac flour and oat fiber, with most of the noodles / rice consisting of water. Calcium hydroxide is added to retain the shape of the noodles and rice.
They are safe to be left in the pantry - refrigeration is optional. Once opened, you can keep leftover noodles submerged in water and in the fridge for up to 3 days. Do not freeze.
The shelf life is typically 12 months from the date of manufacturing. Please refer to the best before date printed on the package individual products may vary.
Simply rinse the noodles under running water and drain excess water using a strainer. For dry dishes, we highly recommend you to dry the noodles on a non-oiled pan at medium heat before cooking.
If you've seen our ingredients list, they're only made of four simple ingredients - konjac flour, oat fiber, mostly water, and calcium hydroxide to hold its shape.
- I'm vegan / vegetarian? Yes
- I'm on a keto / paleo diet? Yes
- I'm diabetic? Yes
- I'm allergic to gluten? Yes
The noodles and rice have no distinct taste, which makes them perfect for absorbing flavors in sauces.
Once you open the plastic packaging, there is a distinct smell due to the calcium hydroxide used to retain the shape of the noodles and rice. Nothing a quick rinse can't fix - and the smell will not linger once incorporated into your dishes.
